Indefinite Leave to Remain

 

Obtaining indefinite leave to remain (ILR) is an essential step for anyone seeking to make the UK their permanent home. The qualifying period for applicants who make an application on the basis of family life, i.e.spouse, unmarried partner and EEA family member is five years.
